Who really looks at the box the fries come in at McDonalds? I was there today and I can't tell you what the box the fries came in looked like. The fries were OK for what the were tho I guess. |

Used to taste like a salty, wet stick or at least what I imagine a salty, wet stick would taste like. No they are still as nasty as ever, maybe worse since they don't cook them in lard anymore. (back when they were rated #1) My wife still wants a Happy Meal every once in a while and I get something. I did a 1/4 pound cheeseburger meal. Pretty bad overall but at least they didn't overcook the burger. I will let you know about the E-Coli tomorrow ;-) |

McDonalds $1 burger was OK for a quick, inexpensive snack but haven't seen it recently. |

I don't really think that is true. If anything they are making bigger burgers for more money. Some places have a McDonalds making a mega mac using 2 quarter pounder patties instead of the ~1.7 oz patty they use for a regular burger. Maybe your appetite is just getting bigger ;-) |
