Ha. After several hours of a standoff it turns out the guy wasn't
even in the house. He was out riding his bicycle. Cops found him
and deposited him at the hospital for mental evaluation.


Classic Buggs Bunny scenario. He rides up behind the police line and
says "what's up Doc"?
