BTW ... Where's James Comey? He was out hitting all the talk shows

have pulled back into his shell as some new discoveries are being
reported regarding his involvement in this mess.

The searing article Time magazine wrote about Comey's FBI and all of
their screw ups may be keeping Comey away from a mike. There are
plenty of unanswered questions about how they were doing business.
I have never actually believed the FBI mystique anyway, simply because
of the way Hoover ran it and it appears they are not much better now.

Th-th-th-that's all folks!

That's been a question since the beginning. If that is the
case, Mueller
can still issue an evidence-full report that cuts Trump off at the
knees. He can also subpoena Trump. And if it is all bad enough,
even the
GOP House might impeach him.

The odds are stacking up against Trump completing a term.

I don't think that is what is going on. I bet Mueller is coming
up dry
on the russian collusion investigation as it pertains to Trump
so he
issued this sour grapes statement and he is going to justify his
existence by going after unrelated financial crimes against some
Trump
associates and direct charges against Russians he can never arrest.
When you read the Facebook report it really looks like they were
just
spreading general discord, not necessarily trying to get Trump
elected. To that end they succeeded behind their wildest dreams,
simply because we have this witch hunt going on and by how much
negative opinion there is against a sitting US president. In the
mean
time Putin is wildly popular in his country, even when polled by
people from the outside. Every time he sees Bill Maher, Rachel or
anyone on CNN, he has to chuckle.

I suspect that Mueller's final report will identify several things
that accuse Trump of being guilty of but he will not indict him for
any of them leaving it up to Congress to pursue impeachment and
then indictment if they so desire.Â* Won't happen.

It will end up being much the same outcome as when Hillary was
given a
get out of jail free card for her numerous actions, leaving both the
left and the right frustrated and disgusted with the federal justice
system.

Impeachment *is* indictment. If Mueller does go the "report"
route, it
hopefully will be revealing and devastating enough to finish Trump
politically, even if Trump is not impeached by his buddies in the GOP
house. If the Republicans lose the house this fall, impeachment
will be
on the table and there will be reopened investigations that will
be for
real, instead of the sham investigations the GOP-run committees ran.

You keep assuming they actually identify a crime and a "high" crime at
that. So far they have some tax scams, unrelated to Trump and a bunch
of Facebook trolls.

The founders did not define "high crimes and misdeanors." Therefore, it
is up to the House to define whether they have occurred.

So far, you don't know what Mueller has.

Misdemeanors...sheesh. ?

Yup they got him cold here

So far not far from the truth.

Just watching MSNBC for a while.Â* They are discussing all the legal
issues regarding indicting a sitting POTUS ad nauseam.Â* All the experts
are chiming in with their take on what's going to happen ... will
Mueller indict or will he issue a grand jury subpoena or will he
just issue a detailed report and let Congress start impeachment
hearings.

Only problem I found with their dialog and discussion was:

Nobody seems to know what crimes Trump has committed.

One legal guy was bitching about the number of times Trump
plays golf.

Others were bitching that Trump is not conducting himself like
other presidents have.

And then, of course, there's that Stormy thing.

There's been plenty of legal discussion regarding what laws Trump and
Family and Company may have broken. Mueller, however, is running a tight
ship, so there's not much anyone outside of the inner circle of the
investigation knows for sure.

What is humorous is that even though you don't know anything about what
Mueller is doing, you think you do.

"One year of Watergate is enough," said Richard Nixon just before he
resigned.

There is a huge difference between this and Watergate. In Watergate
the investigation kept getting closer to the president and the
coverup. In this witch hunt they keep moving farther away.

How would you know where the investigation is headed? You have a mole in
Mueller's team?

Do you or is this all just speculation you hear from Rachel and Larry?

Ask yourself that same question Harry. You seem to think you have it all figured out.

No, I don't, and I've said that here many times. I have no idea where
Mueller's investigation is headed. I have commented on some of Mueller's
options, but never with the "certainty" of the right-wing naysayers
here. I'll be more than satisfied if Mueller's findings further cripple
the Trump regime.

I have been saying for well over a year, if Trump has to resign, it
will be over conflict of interest problems, not anything involving
Russians meddling in the election.
