Setting Timing on 6hp Suzuki Outboard??

Any info on setting timing or what the base timing is on a 95 Suzuki
Outboard 6hp.

was running rough at full throttle under load kinda boggy, bogs down with
increase in throttle at hi revs.

Cleaned carbs changed plugs and now to the timming?
