Whatever you think of Norway's "system," there aren't many Norwegians
sleeping in the streets because they are homeless, or doing without
medical care because they have no means to get it, or denying
educational opportunities to their kids because they can't afford
college, or leading useless lives because they were injured on the job
and there are no funds available to retrain them for a real job, et cetera.

There wouldn’t be as many sleeping on the streets here if you’re take in a few, or paying for some tuitions from your own pocket.
