![]() Terrible ... whatever the cause is. Just heard that it was designed to withstand a Cat 5 hurricane and last for at least 100 years. It was pre-stressed to handle enormous loads. It lasted one day. Engineering screw up? Construction screw up? 7 people are dead ... more injured. |
