This is not even out in "Soufeese" east of the river where he was from, it is 3 blocks from the Capitol. His main claim to fame was getting a contract to put in trash cans in the city (Pride Inc). He got the money but the city actually maintained the trash cans. Sweet. He ended up hiring all of his friends and family, on the city payroll but they didn't actually do much. There was a big stink about it just about the time when home rule started and congress lost control of the city's finances. Nothing much came out of it after that. |
