Yes, just think of it. We could have a series of affable village idiots
running the country. There shure ain't no shortage of that resource here in
the states.

What we really need is some means of citing our production of affable idiots
to the GDP. By golly we'd be leading the pack by thousands of percentage
points and outpace historical growth by hitherto unheard of gains!!!

Pretty soon people'd be calling for even less funding for schools. We'd
have to look out for the "Idiot Bubble" though. Too much of a good thing
could really rattle the Fed.
