Season the meat, put it on the grill, and make sure it doesn't run out of pellets before it's up to the correct temp. Done. Done unless the controller decides to go ape ****! I've been giving some serious thought to another controller for this thing. It is under warranty. Just call up Treager. My controller went bad, they sent me a replacement. Takes 5 minutes to change. Couple screws and a plug. |

Couple screws and a plug. You must have missed the post in which I said I'd already been sent a new one. It's acting up also, but I'll try all the fixes suggested by customer service. |
