Well what did you do after the shooting?

With two buddies, I've formed a little group to help vote out of office
elected officials who score an "A" or "B" from the NRA. We'll see if it
goes anywhere.

That will show them.
Since the only A candidates in Maryland are republicans I doubt they
were expecting you vote anyway.
OTOH it would be amusing if they did win and came and confiscated all
of your guns, giving you a "just" compensation of $50 or so like they
did in Australia.

We have other states in mind.

Isn't this "meddling"?
Why should you have say in selecting someone else's representatives?
Doesn't sound very democratic to me but it does sound like a democrat.

I'll be sure to give your concerns on this issue all the consideration
they deserve as soon as the NRA terrorists stop buying presidents, U.S.
Senators and Representives, governors, and state legislators.

It's amazing how effective the Russian "meddling" has been for the small
investment in dollars made.Â* They successfully caused half the
population of the USA (the liberals) to become so confused and programed
in a common mindset that the purpose of the meddling has been successful
beyond their wildest dreams.

It's amazing how far Trump will go to avoid protecting this country
against Russian interference in our democracy. Why, it almost as if he
has something to hide.

True but 'Airree's muddle goes way beyond any recent Russian meddle.
He's been FU'd for a long time, since at least the early days of the
internet, and probably well before that.

When asked what terrorist acts were performed by the NRA, Harree was strangely silent. Of course,
that's his usual MO when asked a difficult question.

Did you hear Goldman from Facebook the other day saying the majority
of the ads the russians bought were actually after the election.

Yup. Sure doesn't add up to collusion by Trump to win the election.

Read an article this morning about how the Russian social media bots ramp up whenever there's a news story that can be used to divide our country. The most recent example is the shooting in Florida. They've figured out it is an effective strategy for almost no cost. They play both sides of an issue and just let Americans take it from there.

"SAN FRANCISCO (NYTIMES) - One hour after news broke about the school shooting in Florida last week, Twitter accounts suspected of having links to Russia released hundreds of posts taking up the gun control debate.

The accounts addressed the news with the speed of a cable news network. Some adopted the hashtag #guncontrolnow. Others used #gunreformnow and #Parklandshooting.

Earlier on Wednesday (Feb 14), before the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, many of those accounts had been focused on the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

"This is pretty typical for them, to hop on breaking news like this," said Jonathon Morgan, chief executive of New Knowledge, a company that tracks online disinformation campaigns. "The bots focus on anything that is divisive for Americans. Almost systematically."

If the kids from the school come up to march on DC, I wonder who's footing the bill for that? Me
smell some anti-gun liberals in the background.

Well, here's the start, at least one that's out in the open. Looks like the liberal Clooney's are going to kick in to get the anti-Trumpsters up to DC..

Gosh, even Oprah's jumping on the bandwagon. Wonder where Jesse and Al are hiding out.
