Entertaining TV yesterday
Feeling a bit under the weather, I watched more TV yesterday than I should have. Cory Booker's grandstanding performance, accusing Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen of being "complicit" in the damage done by Trump's comments regarding immigration policies simply because she said she didn't hear Trump's alleged words was a good one. Booker waved his arms around, glaring at the Secretary, obviously trying to intimidate her. Didn't work. She politely let him go through his obviously rehearsed performance and then simply said, "I didn't hear him say those words at the meeting". Then, my old pal Richard Blumenthal of CT. This guy is a disgrace to sit in the Senate. Tries to act so altruistic and honest. Same blowhard who implied that he served in Vietnam in the Marine Corps when actually he served in the reserves in charge of Toys for Tots. Never left the USA. When finally called out on his claims he just said, "I mis-spoke". Liar, liar, pants on fire. But the best was the Navy Admiral doc who presented the results of Trump's physical to the press and media. That was hilarious. Laser-like questions like, "Does he wear dentures?" The majority of the liberal media and press in attendance were having a tough time with the results that Trump is both healthy and sane. Funny as hell. Booker, trying to intimidate Nielsen: http://victorygirlsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/1060x600-a095d24896d2ff334f7bbac6cfe04051-1.jpg |

The basic test of Trump's cognitive state does NOT indicate he is sane. And I wonder how many people believe Trump only weighs 239 pounds. That was funny. |

She was responding to the aging, feeble minded Senator from Vermont, Patrick Leahy who was on her case about Trump's comments. He thought he was being dramatic and cute by pausing for effect, then asking her if she was aware that the majority of people in Norway are white (implying that Trump is racist). It wasn't that she didn't know. Her answer to him was facetious, fully appropriate to Leahy's attempt to dramatize the exchange. She's no dummy. If anything, this did nothing but to demonstrate how desperate the Dems are and how despicable some of them are willing to be. I laughed my ass off. Oh ... and Leahy has no use for Trump's wall. After all, he's from Vermont. He's an ass just like the rest of them. |

In fact, she sat with just the hint of an amused smile as he went through his performance ... and that of Patrick Leahy. Must be a frustrating day for the Dems when a smart, confident and knowledgeable woman like Ms. Nielsen fends off the dramatics and answers their questions with facts and figures, making them look like fools. |

says... Trump's cabinet appointees haven't even demonstrated basic competence, let alone "smartness." There's no evidence available that Nielsen is smart, learned, or competent. And yes, I believe she was ignorant about Norway. There's no reason to believe otherwise. Her sincere response to a simple question: "I actually do not know that..." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSkT1cY07PI She is either profoundly stupid or a liar. Or both. Take your pick. And she should shave her chest. |

She was being questioned about Trump's "********" comments and merit based immigration policy proposal. The Democrats on the committee were out for blood. Leahy put on a line of questioning which ended with a long, dramatic pause after which he said, "Norway is predominately white, isn't it?" He was implying that Trump is racist. Her response was to deflect any accusation of the kind by saying, "No sir, I wasn't aware of that". She was being facetious, and was attempting to get across the message that race played no part in a merit based immigration system. She must have said that 10 times during her testimony. But progressives will try to make a story out of anything. |

Trump, to use his word, is a racist “********.” Race plays a huge role in Trump immigration, and in many of his other policies. I rest my case. Progressive will try to make a story out of anything. |

Booker, trying to intimidate Nielsen: http://victorygirlsblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/1060x600-a095d24896d2ff334f7bbac6cfe04051-1.jpg Obviously, watching too much cable TV makes you hyperbolic. The basic test of Trump's cognitive state does NOT indicate he is sane. And I wonder how many people believe Trump only weighs 239 pounds. That was funny. How many folks believe you weigh only 350 lbs, eh Fat Harry? If your boy ******** Trump weighs 239, he weighs 39 pounds more than I do. But he obviously weighs significantly more than that. LMAO!! I 'spect there's a boy up north who may believe that! |

There's no need to "imply" Trump is a racist...more and more people are simply coming out and saying it: Trump is a racist. |
