Excellent presentation but I’m very sorry it ever happened.


Lot of the survivors who lost family packed up and left for other areas....many to the United States. I imagine they'd want to try and forget as much as they could.


Why do you suppose they haven't returned?



Maybe because anyone old enough to leave in 1917-1918 would be long dead by now??

The weather isn't great up there, lots of crime and gayism, little
work, crowded streets and housing, poluted harbor, otherwise it's
a perfect place to bring up a family.
