Trump has a corporate CEO mentality, not one of a politician who
carefully analysis every word he utters or has them checked by a PC
awareness crew. He sees a problem in his "company" and his instinct is
to fix it before it gets worse. He may offend of the sensitive, less
proactive people but that's the way it goes. This has been a problem
all along. He's simply not going to talk and act like a professional
politician.

We happen to be next to the major shipping lanes between Europe and North America and under the Great Circle route for airplanes coming and going from Europe. You don't get much more central than that.
BTW we had 5 cruise ships in yesterday with about 10 thousand passengers. Pretty good for a "remote" place.
