They have been lumping the deaths of these 2 officers in with the
other person that was hit by a car as protest deaths. I was really
surprised that Avweb was not on this because they are usually all over
any aviation accident. Today they finally said something. It turns out
the helicopter was not even at the protest when it crashed. They were
following the governor's limo somewhere else but why waste a good
conspiracy? The media would always like to keep the rumor going that
someone in the riot shot it down I guess.
It really looks like a simple mechanical failure, perhaps in the tail
rotor system, just based on video and witness testimony.

Somehow Trump will get the blame for this too.
