The tops of the seals had split for almost the entire length of the seal. I was thinking that if the
slide comes in and closes the two ends of the seal before compressing the middle, that could cause a
blowout of the seal. Otherwise, I suppose it's just weathering and the continuous compressing and
decompressing when the slides close and open.

John, my wise ass comment was because you forgot to attach any links to
the pictures.

I was confused too. This thread had declined to the normal insult fest
and I stopped reading it. When I saw you in there I wanted to see what
was going on.

RV stuff? Dunno anything about um. Carry on.

You should know about them. Those are things that when you are too old t
drive your car in Florida that you hook the car up to your RV and then tow
the car.
