When I get old, I am going to leave little bags of snacks all over the
house on the floor. In case I fall down and can't get up. ;)

And a bunch of bottled water scattered around. Dehydration will be a
problem too.

.... or you could just scatter around a bunch of cordless phones. They
are cheap on craigslist or at the goodwill.

Don't y'all have the little pendant gadget that hangs around a senior's neck. It has a button that when pressed, will alert help through the phone.
Mom had one when she was living here 10 years ago.

Perhaps Donnie was supposed to be at the other end of the phone. I hope his mom passed the button on
to him.

Get a humor injection. Was a hilarious takeoff on the pendant advert.

Tell L'il Justine that the pendant worked just fine...sometimes too well. The company had a preferred list of people to call if it got a distress signal from the sending unit.
BTW..the pendant wasn't her property to pass on. It was rented from the company and retired phone company employees (Pioneers?) installed the equipment and retrieved it when the elder person didn't need it anymore. (when they go into a nursing home etc)

Those are figurative comments, Timmy, not literal comments. Besides,
shouldn't you be at church, helping the other elders poison the minds of

All that religious bull**** you guys peddle and aim at kids ought to be
labeled for what it is...child abuse.

I can't wait to see Donnie's, "I whole heartedly agree with this post!"

Lack of principle, Donnie, or just too cowardly to stick up for your beliefs?
