I'm surprised they had anything positive to say about it on NPR.
Generally they are decidedly anti-conservative in general, not to
mention anti-Trump.

Yeah I know, but actually it wasn't bad. I'm sure it can be audio

Righties typically don't like NPR news because it presents issues in

I know it's difficult for you to understand so I'll break it down a
bit.

If i didn't like NPR I wouldn't listen to NPR. I hope that's is some
clarity for you.

My post stated that righties *typically* don't like NPR. Surely, even in
the backwoods of Illinois, the meaning of typically is known, eh?

Every time I think you can't possibly be any more obnoxious, you
surprise me again.

I appreciate the fact that typically a lot of you righties resent it
when someone tries to be precise in the use of language and properly
qualifies a statement ...apparently it interferes with your core belief
that all lefties believe one way and all righties believe another way on
all issues.

Here's an example of precision: The justice department has admitted that
Trump atty general talked to the Russians after Sessions testified under
oath to the Senate that he did not. It doesn't matter what the subject
matter was of those discussions between Sessions and the Russians...what
matters is that Sessions lied under oath...to Congress. He should resign
and perhaps be prosecuted.

Spin that any way that pleases you.

Responded to in another post. BTW ... the Dem who leaked this story to
the NYT and Wash Post should also be brought up on charges for
unauthorized release of classified information.

That's not whistleblowing. Congressional members who sit on committees
that handle classified info have a sworn, legal obligation to keep their
mouths shut. Break that oath ... out you go.

Thanks to spiteful Democrats in Congress the work of representing the
people and getting anything done has become secondary to their political
survival. Schumer, Pelosi, Franklin and Warren love to stir the pot in
order to make the new administration look bad. To hell with what they
were elected to do is their mantra. Let's undermine anything the
Republicans do that furthers the best interests of the citizens.

Went to the doc this morning because my blood pressure is slightly
elevated and they had put me on some BP medication a week ago. They
wanted to check to ensure the medication is helping. So far, it isn't
and they doubled the dosage. I told them that if I just stopped
watching the cable news networks my BP would be just fine.

It's OK. Hillary did worse, and nothing became of it. The Despicables set a dangerous precedent when they gave her a pass.

Too funny.

I'm surprised they had anything positive to say about it on NPR.
Generally they are decidedly anti-conservative in general,
not to
mention anti-Trump.
...

Yeah I know, but actually it wasn't bad. I'm sure it can be
audio
streamed. Most of their stuff is...

Righties typically don't like NPR news because it presents
issues in
great depth.
....

I listen to NPR. I guess I'm not a "rightie" like you claim I
am..

The posit was not about whether you •listened• to NPR news.

I know it's difficult for you to understand so I'll break it down a
bit.

If i didn't like NPR I wouldn't listen to NPR. I hope that's is
some
clarity for you.

My post stated that righties *typically* don't like NPR. Surely,
even in
the backwoods of Illinois, the meaning of typically is known, eh?

Every time I think you can't possibly be any more obnoxious, you
surprise me again.

I appreciate the fact that typically a lot of you righties resent it
when someone tries to be precise in the use of language and properly
qualifies a statement ...apparently it interferes with your core
belief
that all lefties believe one way and all righties believe another
way on
all issues.

Here's an example of precision: The justice department has admitted
that
Trump atty general talked to the Russians after Sessions testified
under
oath to the Senate that he did not. It doesn't matter what the subject
matter was of those discussions between Sessions and the
Russians...what
matters is that Sessions lied under oath...to Congress. He should
resign
and perhaps be prosecuted.

Spin that any way that pleases you.

Responded to in another post. BTW ... the Dem who leaked this story to
the NYT and Wash Post should also be brought up on charges for
unauthorized release of classified information.

For whistleblowing on a lawbreaker?

That's not whistleblowing. Congressional members who sit on committees
that handle classified info have a sworn, legal obligation to keep their
mouths shut. Break that oath ... out you go.

It's "classified"?, eh, so that Sessions could have gotten away with his
lies to the Senate confirmation hearing?

My new name for congressional Democrats and the lemmings that worship
them: "The Despicables"

A couple years ago I stopped watching anything but the local news. I based this decision on the fact
that there was never anything, on any of the 'news' channels that actually improved my disposition.
My home page on the computer is https://news.google.com/. I can see what I need right there, compare
the manner of coverage, and keep in touch with what's happening.

Now my wife and I sit down with dinner and watch a movie or something enjoyable. Definitely an
improvement.

Even the local news is 70% weather and fluff, and 30% actual news.

Its sad, actually. One of the local talk stations has a host that
comments on how sad it is that its rare to find a reporter that actually
does research into a story rather than just write based off of press
releases an rumor.
