They should get serious about charging people who do dumb stuff like
this. Give them the choice, pay up or get out yourself if you drive
around a "closed" sign.

They do that on skier rescue costs these days. But the guy is going to be
paying a lot of money on the recovery of the truck. Maybe even an oil
spill fine.
