Not an answer to the question. It does show where your mind is, but doesn't address what you think
of yourself.

Donee, do you think of yourself as a 'suck-up'? I asked earlier what you thought of yourself and got
no answer. Maybe the question was too general.

You still think you are *entitled* to responses?

Did my question imply a 'demand' for an answer? Hell, if I were Donnee I wouldn't answer the
question truthfully either.

Evidently that never made it online. You must have a special copy

There are lots of reference books and materials that "never made it
online," but the OED is not one of them. It's available online. But I
have my own copy of the OED and have had it for 20+ years, at least.

I gave my OED to the kids but since none of us were alive in the 14th
century go ahead and admit you were just trying to insult the people
who served their country and move on.
It is best that you did hide in college until they forgot about you
because we had no need for an effeminate elitist like you defending
our country. They would have cashiered you out with a GD pretty
quickly anyway. It was how they dealt with useless people in the late
60s and early 70s.

You gave a 20-volume set of the OED to your kids, eh? I sort of
inherited mine, and also have the 20 volumes on a DVD set of two discs.

The one I had was a 4" thick book like you would find in the library.

Your claim that I was trying to insult anyone by use of the word "navee"
is just more of your badly educated nonsense.

The context of the use of the word says it all. You were trying to
insult veterans. Your disdain of the people who serve is very clear
from what you say here. You enjoy the freedom the military has given
you but you feel no obligation to participate or even to recognize
their sacrifice. It is just a joke to you.

Why would using an archaic spelling of a fairly neutral word be insulting?

You are an idiot. Education? Lots of us have college degrees. You? Lots
have specialized technical training. You? Most of us had or have
rewarding careers. You? The Deplorable Repugnants are the ones who built
the USA and Canada. The workers.

I guess you did not really pay attention in university.

I suppose I missed the class on the insulting usage of archaic spelling.

Indeed, you have a college degree yet are as ignorant as it is possible.
Almost every progressive idea that moved society forward in the last
century or so is the result of liberal thinking, and it was working
stiffs who built America.
