New Zealand is full of places like that. This little volcanic
pond/quicksand hole had a pH about like a car battery and there was
just a little sign saying don't get to close to the edge. If you got
too close and tumbled in, there would be no way to get out.

College graduation trip. Either he was not tight to read, or any personal
responsibility.

Thing is, his sister was with mom and they hiked several yards away from the board walk. I'd say he purposely ignored all warnings

Tragic for his sister and mother but he'll never make that mistake
again. Darwin award for sure since his gene pool hit a dead end.

I'm surprised Harry hasn't chimed in yet with a political remark.

There is a pretty god swath of the US where they will let stupid
people kill themselves but those little blue dots on the map want the
world to conform to their "we protect the stupid" lifestyle.
I say, stay in town and mind your own business.,
