It's no speed demon even though Honda boasts of 81 hp from the 1100cc engine, but the beast also weighs about 750 lb dry too. Anyhow I had it up to 80 which warrented a tough in the ribs. So.., Oh this bike has some quirks but it's 33 years old too. Nothing that can't be reasonably handled though. After work I'm planning on goofing off maybe another hundred miles tonight. I love it! Nice! I haven't heard the "word" Aspencade for years! When are you going to turn that thing into a trike? LOL. I doubt if I ever turn it into a trike. That's a really expensive procedure. But they do make a trike kit which is glorified training wheels for about any motor cycle, and they actually look good. and costs a tremendous amount less than a typical trike conversion. But I cant see one in my future... http://www.2040-motos.com/_content/c...8/4358/007.jpg I've never seen that type of conversion! It looks like they made an attempt to hide the rear wheel. Imagine that on Harry's imaginary Ducati. Imagine you actually buying a really rare and collectible firearm. Why would anyone trash up a nice, relatively light motorcycle with the abomination pictured here? |

You're probably making Harry feel badly. I havent' heard about any of his 'Ducati' escapades lately. How's the seat on that thing? Comfortable? I don't have "escapades," Racist John, but I was up in Connecticut recently with my motorcycle, which I transported in the back of my pick-me-up-truck. We're you up there for a poser event? We see a lot of motorcycles riding in trailers and pick me ups. I guess the owners are afraid to break in the saddles or wear the little nibs off the tires. To each his own. ? A poser event? Would that be what you attend when you visit your old navee buddies, to reminisce about your wartime escapades sharing condoms? WFT is THAT? Karen really needs to see these posts. |

"WFT is THAT? Â*Karen really needs to see these posts." I'd love to be there when Margaret reads yours. I imagine you'd be back sweeping out the warehouse and someone more presentable would be on the front counter. |

It's mostly my old gang of beach/junior high/high school buddies/spouses and newer spouses. I did take the bike on a day and overnight trip to see a couple of old friends who retired to Provincetown, MA. Been there. I imagine you'd be back sweeping out the warehouse and someone more presentable would be on the front counter. Is that why you were forced to take early retirement from the Crown Bottle Capping Corporation? They needed some one more presentable and qualified to be advanced to superintendent. Now that's believable. |

But she loved the ride and was impressed at how smooth and quiet this macbine is. I love it! You go, guy! Nothing like a nice evening ride out there in the country. Here it seems to take 45 minutes to get to a decent riding area. Better post a picture or two. You mean something like those events Herring tows his portable motel room to so he can hang out with the other old white guys and listen to ersatz hillbilly music? No, I don't go to those. This was just one of a few trips I make each year to the New Haven area to hang out with old friends. Got pretty good MPGs driving up and back, too. Got a lot of friends up there with Ducatis, eh. Krause, your bull**** pile won't fit in your barn. Did you ever consider that? What barn? Do you mean the one we found 1/2 mile away in another part of his development? Yup, his 'Maryland red' one, that's not his. Another lie. He not only owned it, he hired imaginary Amish people to paint it. God forbid his imaginary toys don't have a freshly painted barn to rest in. Some folks have vivid imaginations but this guy is delusional in the highest order. |

There would have been a photo. It's his MO. You boys are like Pavlov's doggie...easy to make you drool and bark. Trump, Sarah and the GOP do that for you, Harry. I do find it fascinating that the Republicans continuously and repeatedly nominate and elect intellectually challenged anti-science religious zealots to high political office. Scientific zealots got us to the moon. Religious zealots crash airplanes into office buildings. I read this morning that Trump named Michele Bachmann to one of his committees. Nothing like having end of days lunatics offering advice, eh? How many cabinet positions did Oh-Bummer have to vacate due to his incompetent judgement, political debt, and hiring practices. One of the bums ended up as mayor of Chicago. |

Would that be what you attend when you visit your old navee buddies, to reminisce about your wartime escapades sharing condoms? WFT is THAT? Karen really needs to see these posts. A psych Dr with a fruitcake living under the same roof. There must be some interesting conversations going on at her house. Maybe she keeps him around to have a subject to practice on while off duty. My bet is that she has no idea what he is typing all day or she would be long gone. |
