Cool. I had a nice salad of lettuce, tomato, banana pepper, sliced mushrooms, shredded egg, blue cheese, slivered smoked turkey and slivered salt-n-pepper almonds. It was a kit my wife sent me to work with. She prepped it all, takes good care of me!

My wife made several salads a couple days ago. lettuce, broccoli,
cauliflower, carrot, Garbanzo Beans, I added avocado and shredded cheese.
Earlier in the morning I made a plain ole toasted cheese on whole
wheat toast. mmm.
