I think it indicated about 9 mpg when I started accelerating from a dead stop in first gear. There's so many "devices" that I haven't gotten used to on this truck, I'm pretty busy just keeping it on the road. The "nav" feature is pretty good, but I have yet to figure out how to get it to shut up. There may be an 'instantaneous' and an 'average' which you have to designate. -- There's a "tank" average and an instant average, but I haven't put more than 100 miles on the truck, so all I really have is the instant reading. |

You can get milage for a personnel trip or a business on mine. Easy to reset on each tankful. The 2nd level of display, has total miles, instant milage and ave milage. |

It's pretty accurate, but it's based on the current mileage, not the old average. Sometimes, if I'm pulling the trailer, the range may be 200 miles. Then I'll drop off the trailer and after a few miles the range will increase.
