I've been to Hibbing, Minnesota, and its population was about the same as the middle-sized (back then) university I attended. Duxbury, a suburb of Boston, no?...smaller than Hibbing. Typically these small towns have lower crime rates than substantial cities. |

I've been to Hibbing, Minnesota, and its population was about the same as the middle-sized (back then) university I attended. Duxbury, a suburb of Boston, no?...smaller than Hibbing. Typically these small towns have lower crime rates than substantial cities. Stats can be deceiving, for sure, but it's still a nice reflection on the town ... and the state, really. I thought it was pretty good. |
