They probably do not have the war on drugs, making drugs exorbitantly
profitable. They either let the person OD, use small amounts, or kill them
for drug use. ;))

The gun control laws in Chicago work so well don't they.

The population of those inner-city communities is mostly Democrat, 'cause that's
where most of the free stuff comes from. Therefore, Harry, et al, have to 'spread the
blame' to the farmers and ranchers in the rest of the state. Wouldn't want those
fine, upstanding, drug-dealing liberals taking the heat for the great majority of
shooting deaths in this country.
