I put some money into a 3x leveraged fund when oil was about $35. I was up 30% in weeks, now... I'm down over 80%. I looked at some oil company bonds paying 45% to 80% interest. IF, they survive, you'd get the interest every year, then at redemption 6 to 7 times your initial investment. Mikek |
