I believe in the separation of church and state and therefore I am offended by the erection of religious symbolism on public property in this country. But not outrageously offended. I equate muslim beheadings with christian shoot-em-ups at abortion clinics and other such violent behavior, and I equate the behavior of the crazed muslims who call for the deaths of others with the behavior of the christians who do the same. We have prominent christian pastors and lay christians in this country who sound very much like the bat**** crazy mullahs. I'll consider adjusting my beliefs when little children aren't being stricken down by deadly diseases, war, famine, et cetera, and a number of other societal horrors are expunged by the intervention of a "creator," with proof that can be documented. |

Being "offended" by a display of a traditional custom or even a discussion of anything they don't believe in is the new, progressive liberal fad. If you don't believe or agree with it, ban it. Hint: It's easier to just ignore it and let those who enjoy it ... do so. No fights, no arguments, no hostilities or bad feelings. |

Why be offended at all? Will you ever see it? That is why we can't use democratic as an adjective. Democrats are ****ed off lesbians from Baltimore like MM Ohair, who drive around the country trying to be offended. "Democratic" would be letting the local voters decide |
