pilot while he was parachuting.

The Chicago video, however, is horrific, but is just another example of
cops going over the top and murdering people of color.

I am more curious about a NATO country (Turkey) shooting down a
Russian jet but that is a ghost of a story. Is it a rumor or a fact.
CNN has been no help.

I only saw a minute of the cop shooting but it looks like a bad shoot
to me.
