Oil fields and storage tanks

Sorta funny to see that two days after Trump announced that
he'd "bomb the ****" out of ISIS held oil fields and storage
facilities, the US has modified it's bombing strategy to include
them in raids. Beforehand, efforts were made to avoid hitting
them.
