Went to Pillar Point Harbor for a weekend get together. Normally the crab opener, but delayed this year. Went fishing Saturday, wind came up, and drift was 1.7 mph, so hard that get the lure down to the bottom fish. Kept one nice Black cod. Boat ran great. Was going out Sunday Morning, but as I was finishing up my breakfast burrito, started raining. Heavy, soaking mist, so,closed up the camper, and put cover on but at and came home. We need the rain! Raining heavy today with some lighting. The party was great. Everybody contributes. I made smoked Yellowfin tuna collars in a cream cheese spread and a nice rum cake the wife made. Someone had lamb chops. So Posole soup, lamb chops and a nice Bordeaux wine. |

No fun at all. -- Ban idiots, not guns! |

That makes the 10x15 poly tarp we fly from the pontoon boat really have a Cast Away look ;-) Judy really wants to do a tall ship cruise. Is that a charter or some kind of wind jammer thing? === It's a commercial operation called the "Star Clipper Line" or something like that. It's an interesting experience, quite a bit different than your normal cruise ship but with many of the same ammenities on a smaller scale. Internet service leaves a lot to be desired but it is available in fits and starts. |
