Now I just viewed an episode of ABC's Chronicle...broadcast from Boston on August 25th and I was amazed. Building after. Building either started or in the planning stage...and the price of the new condos...astounding. Must be a lot of money floating Around down there. Construction is back. The guys around here are wishing the Mexicans would come back. They have more work than workers. There are help wanted signs on most of the trucks I see. I also see that in New Zealand they have a huge housing bubble going on, particularly in Auckland. Prices are going up 18-20% a year. |
