Tried that. Also tried alt.alt.test. For some reason both would crash my
client, sometimes requiring a reboot. On top of that I wasn't sure what the
problem was and by moving to a different group I was introducing more
variables. I provide that by way of explanation, not as an excuse.

I'm glad you brought this up however because it gives me the chance to
apologize to the users here for using rec.boats improperly as a test area.

I hope that my record of on-topic posts will reassure you all that had I
felt there was a suitable alternative I would not have hesitated to use it.
