Sounds like a standard Japanese prison. 23 hours a day in cell, no talking
to other inmates while in cell.

Why do you believe that? Hell, we give prisoners better care than the
indigent. TV, medical, including gender realignment, food, recreation
enters. Even those who should have been executed 30 years previous.
