I haven't seen the filings or any transcript of the court proceedings, but as a result of the filing, a judge ordered the deposition released. It isn't likely the judge "broke the law," as judges have discretion to do these sorts of things. Cosby's conservative moralizing was tripped up by his hypocrisy. Happens frequently to these well-known conservative "holier than thou" types. The deposition (where Cosby admitted guilt) was taken a decade ago. It was only recently unsealed and released. |
