And that would no doubt be your most significant contribution.

Right.

You may not like my boating posts for one reason or another but they
are most definitely on topic. And the boats are quite real, and the
cruising/fishing/anchoring/boat projects are quite real.

We just got back from a nice 4 week cruise to the Abaco Islands in the
Bahamas, some fishing, no catching. C'est la vie.

If cruising estuaries and back country in shallow draft boats is more
to your liking, we have a significant contributor in that area. He
might post more if you didn't try to belittle him and his education.

If you're not interested in boating at all, and it frequently seems
that way, you're probably in the wrong place and should shift your
pollution to some other venue.

Amen.

Well, I read your "Amen," Johnnymop. I'm not even slightly interested in
W'hine's poops into this newsgroup.

Maybe you should just go

Why? AFAIC, he's keeping this group alive with politics.

"Alive" in the way that cancer is "life".

There is no serious boat talk here because every boating conversation
quickly becomes "Bush/Scott did it" or some other off topic brain fart
from Harry.

Nobody has to read what they figure will be trash talk.
It takes about 2 seconds to figure that out.
As I said, nobody here talks boats because hardly anybody here boats.
I always read the boating posts, and don't even open posts from people
who don't have a boat.
I don't know if Harry has a boat. He's the Rodney Dangerfield or Don
Rickles here. Good enough for me. I ignore his posts except for
his responses since he stopped talking boats.

Again, why the **** are you here if this is such a bad experience for
you?
Go bugger up some other group if they will have you.

It's not a bad experience, Gregg, because I simply don't read most of
the posts of Passel of Perpetual Insulters, which, of course, includes
W'hine. I've previously explained why I am here. My reasons haven't
changed...there are a couple of posters here I communicate with
infrequently and they aren't on FB, and, of course, I want to be here
for the end and burial.

You'll be here for the end all right. Bet you have the last word too. ;-)

sad behavior.

I knew, Johnnymop, because *you* quoted W'hine in your post and picked
up his header. It's at the top of your post. Apparently to you and
yours, usenet *is* rocket science.
