primary race four years ago but has never been considered his party’s
heir apparent, is announcing his second presidential bid on Wednesday.

A former senator from Pennsylvania, who with his wife home-schooled
several of their seven children, Mr. Santorum appeals primarily to
social conservatives. He is facing heavy competition for those voters
this year from rivals like Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, former Gov. Mike
Huckabee of Arkansas and the retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson.

That would be Krazy Cruz, Mike Hucksterbee, and Political Numnutz
Carson. And there are so many others for Rick Sanctimonious to push aside.

Then there is the ship of fools on the Democrat side.

They have become the geezer party with a post menopausal woman and a
doddering old man leading the pack.
Both are as old or older than Reagan was when he ran and we know how
the left categorized that.

If we had a decent candidate on either side, they would never be able
to get the billion plus necessary to be a viable candidate.

We have the best government money can buy



Neither Hillary Clinton nor Bernie Sanders are fools, and there's no
evidence either is suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia, as Reagan was.

Oh, and neither Clinton nor Sanders are full of the sort of hate that
seems all the GOPers have to offer.

I don't think Sanders stands a chance, but I like him and I always have.

Hey, isn't Rand Paul your "go to" Libertarian guy? He's certainly
running a fine race. :)

Are you still Down Under? One of my old New Haven chums is touring
Australia and New Zealand on a singing tour, and being ably assisted by
another New Haven chum who moved to Australia a couple of decades ago.
