We're heading out to the marina as soon as our boat guests arrive from
neighboring Virginia. Supposed to be around 80F today with just a touch
of wind.

You should leave the laptop at home and head for Florida. Be a nice
ride, and you
have no problem doing a couple hundred miles a day.

Sorry, Johnnymop, but I didn't trade my boat in on a tin travel
trailer. And a run of 100+ miles in a day down the Bay to the Virginia
Beach area on a good day is not unreasonable at 20+ knots.

Krause carefully chooses his words. At no point does he admit to buying
the lobster boat or any boat. He allegedly sold the low-transom Parker
(at a profit, of course) so a trade-in never happened. He is boatless.
