We're heading out to the marina as soon as our boat guests arrive from
neighboring Virginia. Supposed to be around 80F today with just a touch
of wind.

You should leave the laptop at home and head for Florida. Be a nice ride, and you
have no problem doing a couple hundred miles a day.

What kind of boat will they be arriving in?

If they're just going across the Potomac, a little 10hp outboard would work just
fine.

I don't know about the political posts but I remember a half dozen of the 'regulars' talked about Harry in every post. It was as if they didn't know what to do with themselves without Harry. It was almost as if they were willing Harry to return.

There you go talking about Harry again.

Are you a Christian, Don?

Harry's presence here is like toxic waste. It poisons everything it
touches. When he's gone people actually start talking about boating
again but unfortunately he's driven most of the boaters away.

How about you? Do you have a prospective launch date for your first
outing?

We are presently enjoying the iridescent blue water and balmy breezes
of the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas.

There's not much "conversation" of any kind taking place here among the
righties here. Mikek's inability to resolve his health insurance
challenges bored me two years ago. Herring is a racist in denial. FlaJim
is such a dull conversationalist, he'd put beige ceiling paint to sleep.
PsychoScotty is...psycho. I don't see most of the posts from the rest of
the righties. Tim seems to be a very decent fellow.

Sorry, Johnnymop, but I didn't trade my boat in on a tin travel trailer.
And a run of 100+ miles in a day down the Bay to the Virginia Beach area
on a good day is not unreasonable at 20+ knots.

Cept you haven't been gone long enough to make that trip and stop for
lunch, today. Use a little more care when you put your stories together.

I thought so. I've never seen you join Harry in the Christian bashing. Good on you!
