I've read several versions of the new testament more than once, tim, and
I simply do not recall any words attributed to your saviour in regard to
gaydom, as it were. Perhaps you can direct me to the chapter and verse.

As for pedophilia, it wasn't even formally defined until the end of the
19th Century. Of course, it occurred and surely throughout human
history. I wonder how the definition extended downwards, since in
biblical times, couples married young...much younger than today, and
typically the male was at least a few years and sometimes more than a
few years older.

What you seem to be saying, though, that the disdain for gaydom has
nothing to do with your saviour. It apparently was a social norm that
developed and was cloaked under religious belief, along with all the
other weird stuff that has taken on religious overtones.

Christianity only seems to have a little to do with the teachings of
your saviour.

Indeed, the condemnation of homosexuality is strictly a construct of
those who couldn't stomach following the teachings of their saviour. As
many famous musicians have said, "It is the unplayed notes that matter."

Good christians as they claim to be, I'm sure they are going to use some
of the proceeds to help the poor, sick, and other unfortunates in their
community. Oh, wait...

Or they could buy expensive cameras, motorcycles, guns, the latest
Apple crap, and boats. ;-)

The boat is a lie but the rest is probably not. If I didn't pay taxes
and screwed people out of money I owed I could drive a Ferrari and have
almost any yacht I want.

Damn, that's another $300K in only a day or two.

I'm still looking for that passage in the *new* testament where the
christian saviour says he condemns gay relationships or marriages. Oh,
snap...he didn't say anything about that, did he? So this is all just
latter day christian bull****.

Well a couple minutes of research I found this:

Leviticus 18:22 ESV

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 ESV

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Romans 1:26-28 ESV /

For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.

Leviticus 20:13 ESV /

If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.

1 Timothy 1:10 ESV /

The sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine,

It's pretty clear that Harry needs to read the bible again, or he could
just Google what he wants to know. Unfortunately, his interpretative
skills are lacking, so Harry's quest for the truth will leave him with
more questions than answers.

Your saviour, Jesus, had nothing directly to say about homosexuality.
Homosexuality is not mentioned directly in the four gospels, and it is

2. Corinthians is attributed to Paul, not Jesus. Strike Two.

I would like Krausie baby to prove that gayism is neither immoral nor
unnatural according to the New Testament. It shouldn't be too tough a
task for a bible expert like him, who's read the book cover to cover 3
times. Or did he say he's read from the bible 3 times? Sometines Harry's

Homosexuality is not mentioned directly in the four gospels, and it is
not found in Hebrews, Revelation, Acts, et cetera. In response to the
examples you offered:

1. Leviticus predates Jesus. That’s Strike One for you.

2. Corinthians is attributed to Paul, not Jesus. Strike Two.

3. Romans, again, is the theology of Paul, not Jesus. Strike Three.

4. Leviticus, see 1, above. Predates Jesus. Strike Four.

5. Timothy 1:9-10 does not mention homosexuality, and, of course, it is
another text written by Paul, not by Jesus. Strike Five.

You’re out. Thank you for playing.

Oh, I forgot to mention...I always find it funny when "christians" cite
a couple of passages from Leviticus: 17-26 as justification for whatever
hatreds they are trying to spew and ignore all the other passages about
behavior. Why drudge up homosexuality and ignore the dozens and dozens
of other rules? Hypocrisy, that's why.

Leviticus says no tattoos.
