His lawyer says he was not drunk but I haven't seen any report of his actual BAC and we do not know if other drugs are involved. Wait and see what happened before we jump to any conclusions. I trust this will be investigated like the Kennedy assassination and it will all come out soon enough. Until then, isn't there something more important we should be obsessing about? There is always Benghazi ;-) Can you just imagine what a story this would have been had the kid been white? The lefties here would be saying he got what he deserved for opposing government authority. If he were white, he probably wouldn't have been assaulted by the booze cops. Funny stuff. Drunk whites are restrained by cops every day. Just doesn't make the national news and generate protests. We're not talking about restraining...we're talking about a gang of thug cops beating up a college kid. -- Proud to be a Liberal. |

We're not talking about restraining...we're talking about a gang of thug cops beating up a college kid. Sorry. I left out the adjective, "forcibly" before "restraining". There's no evidence anyone was "beat up" in this instance. |

Well we have the video of him calling the cops ****ing racists so that is debunked a bit. I suppose he might have said "freakin" but CNN beeped it anyway. Hell, the video was in the same article. He was clearly saying '****ing racists' over and over. -- Guns don't cause problems. The behavior of the owner causes problems. |
