I doubt a phone survey of 0.01% of the public is it.

Sure. You can't go by polls. That's why I estimate less than 20% of
households have a gun. Mostly old codgers.
Hardly a militia, what with their trouble ambulating.

I think 20% is a ridiculous assumption.
