I was even willing to go along for a while until it just got too ridiculous to believe. You still have not said why you didn't call the cops. I bet if someone was kicking a dog you would have. Is a woman and a child less worthy? It says a lot about you if it is true. And tell the cops what? That a woman who is no longer here and who I don't know was being slapped around by a guy who is no longer here and who I don't know? D'oh. In the old days, we'd get the license plate number. The cops have ways of tracking folks down with that number. But, that wouldn't make for a very good story, would it? In the old days, you were passed over too many times for army promotion and had to retire. You must have been a ****-poor warrior. I didn't notice the woman's plate number or the guy's car. Maybe it was her car. Who drove? He was getting away too fast to notice. He forgot to make up the end of the story.. never thought he would need it |

You're a joke, Krause. Really, Herring? Why, how did a warrior as smart as you think you are get "un-upped and outed"? Did you let someone on your watch get beat up while you wrote down the license plate number? Krause...are you trying to get more info for your database? You sly little (well, not so little) dog, you. That's shameful. I see I've touched a nerve. Like I say, Harry, it's all in the credibility. You seem to have gotten the short end of the stick when your Maker was handing that out. Touched a nerve? You? What a laugh. I still think the whole thing is made up. If it isn't, you did not do that woman any favors. You should have called the cops, even if you did confront the guy. You find me one battered woman organization that disagrees and I will apologize.. Without a police report the incident never happened. The abuse will continue. She was not in immediate danger. Slapping is not normally going to kill her. I would have called the cops first thing, and only physically intervened if her life depended on it. Right now, according to Harry's tale, he could be sued for any assets he still has. Was absolutely stupidly handled. Another usenet physician...d'oh. More medical training than you. Well, you've certainly provided a lot more training for medical personnel than I have. ...says he who is getting xrays and MRI for broken bones in his wrist. (Well, assuming that's not another hairytale.) No doubt he hurt his wrist. Too many drugs? |
