Not from this end, I didn't read the book or see the movie...

It was big with my grand daughter.

Mine is now taking archery lessons, and the instructor thinks she's
good enough to go to the state meet. Next she'll be trying to talk me

I know it is not exactly Katnip stuff but the Rural King has a pretty
nice looking crossbow for $30 (pistol style). It is 80# I think.

I have one of those, not allowed to put them together and shoot them in
our state but if we could it would be good for targets at about 25 feet,
and would be very hard for a 10 year old to cock...
