On the subject of motorcycles. What do you think of trading in a Gold Wing for a Can Am? I was following 3 motorcycles in Yellowstone, recently, when a car pulled into traffic in front of them. Two of them touched and went down instantly. Luckily they were moving slowly or their injuries might have been more severe. I can't imagine a Can Am being anywhere near the fun of a motorcycle. Might as well buy a small convertible. Probably cheaper too. http://0.tqn.com/d/cars/1/S/4/V/2/ag...rtwo_frtlt.JPG |

Or looking at the scenery instead of the road? Of course, that last one is easy to do in Yellowstone, especially if there's some bison around. |

Is riding two abreast unsafe? ;-) -- "I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them". I believe the only state in which it's legal is California. That's how they can get away with 'white lining'. |

But you see cops doing lots of the time. The white lining, is not legal as you see it most of the time. Supposed to be 15 mph or less. Not 80 mph in 70 mph traffic. |

I love guys on bikes that think THEY own the dividing line on the Highway. When I see them coming, I always move over ON the center line, just to throw the fear of God into them. That and those ****ing loud pipes....annoying things that should be banned. Harley Riders think they own the ****ing world. **** them. |

That's the way the laws read in Europe also. There's not much white lining at 70mph over there though. |
