As a matter of fact, I did. Got it together last week, and flew it Saturday before last. It flew
just fine for two flights, and then I made a boo-boo. Said boo-boo caused the airplane to bank hard
to the right at an altitude of about ten feet. It proceeded to try to bury the front end in the
hardpan. Busted the motor mount and the cowl, dislocated the front landing gear, and tore up the
tail. Thirty eight bucks worth of repairs. About to get it back together again.

I guess it's better than crashing the Guzzi!

For sure, no medical bills or rehab.

An old saying among RC pilots is that it's better to walk toward the crash site than to hope to walk away from it. :-)

John crashing the Guzzi would be a castrophe especially with you on it. Yes if you're going to wreck something it's best that it's the plane,

It's almost all back together now. But, I'm going to Solomons tomorrow so won't be able to test it
'til next week sometime. Nope, I don't want to crash the Goose. I'm hoping to get my carb problem
resolved soon. Will take it to NC to see my brother next Monday. We'll see how it runs.

Speaking of crashing.. A local kid used to ride all the time around here
so Jess and I tracked him down one day and I told him I wouldn't call
the cops on him for illegal riding if he wore the helmet we gave him
that day... He started wearing it. As bad luck would have it he got hit
by a car the other day, our helmet is said to have "saved his live". He
is in for a long haul, but his brain is intact.... ATGATT (all the gear,
all the time)
