We had them 5 miles from the NYC limits 15 years ago.

We've had a pair living in a park a few blocks from us. They were there for several years, but
haven't been spotted lately. Haven't seen any deer in the neighborhood lately either. Did see a red
fox while walking the dogs last night.

I'm pretty far from the 'country'.

Then the question would be, if they were tearing up your yard and
chasing you around, would you want someone to come kill them or would
you just say you were encroaching on habitat and let them thrive

We used to see them often beside the long, woods lined road that led to
the house in Florida. We were warned that they were filthy and disease
ridden and being attacked and gored by one was a very serious issue.

Never saw them in our yard though. Just had alligators, rattlesnakes,
coral snakes, and armadillos. Oh, and horses.

My snakes are all pretty benign. I did have a couple of water
moccasins but no rattlesnakes or coral snakes. We do get a lot of
snakes people think are coral snakes tho.
We mostly have rat snakes in various colors, scarlet kings, ring necks
and a bunch of black snakes. They are welcome here.

I don't even mind the armadillos but my neighbors hate them.

I don't think anyone is mad at the possums and raccoons.

The onl;y good thing I have heard about the wild hogs is, if you have
room, you can trap them, put them on a better diet and slaughter them
a year or two later,

... or you can sell them to the French who think the gamey taste is
"exotic"

I don't like crows, they are too noisy.

Do they disturb your sleep?

Yes, they start at 5 am and when you are working on bikes till 2 am, and
you get to sleep till 6:45 before you have to crawl out of your tent,
off to the porta-potty, start a fire, start to cook, and begin a long
race day.. Yes, they disturb my sleep...

When do you wash your hands, before you visit the potty?

The coyotes should be able to manage the overpopulation of deer,
racoons, outdoor domestic and feral cats, and small children. Nature has
a way of making everything balance.

I thought the solution to too many children was gay 'marriage'. It's coyotes? Jeees, learn something
new every day.

There you go again, spreading your vile hatred.
