We have nothing but Zimmerman's word on that, and he had prior to that
murder and since a number of incidents in which he acted out physically,
with several women and with a sworn law enforcement officer.

Nobody ever can up with a plausible alternative and the forensic
evidence backed him up.
The main reason we never saw a civil action was the evidence of what a
thug Martin was would have come out.

Martin was cruzin for a bruzin.

I wouldn't take someone's life if I was the one who precipitated the
conflct. I'd have taken my lumps as deserved. But I'm not stupid
enough to run around like a vigilante with a gun strapped to my waist
nor provoke people into attacking me.

If you are going to make **** up, why stop there? Why not just say he

The fact is, stand your ground was never even mentioned by the
defense. This was a straight self defense case and the court agreed
with Zimmerman.

That doesn't matter to Greg. Black man, white man. We know who's
side Greg, Herring and every other "conservative" will be on.

If it were a black man who pursued a white man with the same outcome,
you better believe the black man would be in jail.

no witnesses, you broke the door later. Fair?

You missed the part about the security videotape cameras, I suppose.

You've written some stupid things, but that tops it all. If someone were banging your head against the concrete, you would have taken any steps necessary, including taking the aggressor's life, to stop it if you had the means. You know that. Why lie about it?

But I'm not stupid enough to run around like a vigilante with a gun strapped to my waist nor provoke people into attacking me.

Not in evidence. You certainly present as being hot-headed enough to cuss someone out for some perceived slight against you, and that's enough in many neighborhoods to get your head slammed into the ground, or worse.

Of course, you probably act much more civilized when you're *not* hiding behind your keyboard. Cleans your mouth right up, I'll bet.

I am starting to doubt that harry has ever stood in or stood his ground
in a real fight... if he had, he wouldn't be daydreaming about "how it's
gonna' go down". I suppose hiding and running was something he learned
very early in life.
