The folks here are all Fit Bit people. They seem to like them too.
I assume once you get the numbers for your typical day it is just gee
whiz info

A friend has a wrist band Fit Bit. It works by arm swing. When golfing, I don't swing my arms while
walking...they're pushing the golf cart. This winter I put on 14 lbs because the golf courses were
closed so much and the dogs don't do well in the snow and ice. Any extra incentive will help.
