Kauai Chickes and "Stand yer' Ground!!"
Looks like the wild chickens on Kauai ARE protected as "Feral(wild) Fowl", That is unless they get on your property. The article states-
" However, chickens found roaming around developed areas, such as rural or suburban neighborhoods, are referred to as "free-flying domestic chickens". These are fowl of domestic stock roaming free and are not "protected." Locals are free to take them (if they come onto your property) and put them in the pot. Backyard chicken is a favorite with the locals who will generally take care of the chicken situation themselves." http://hawaiideptland.custhelp.com/a...-if-so,-why%3F If they'd know what was good for them, Chickens shouldn't trespass. ?;^) |

Nice to see your religious beliefs and church teach you to take the high ground on the issue of gun violence. |
