They fought a hell of a fight and deserved the win. A stupid penalty by us in the last couple
minutes sure as hell didn't help us any.

That match up was probably boring to the curling fans, but I sure enjoyed it. Now to go wipe away
the tears.

D'oh, I had to go pickup the wife from work and missed the tv coverage of the comeback and win.
I was able to listen to radio play by play as I waited in the parking lot.
They usually replay the games later in the night so I might still have a chance to see the last three goals.

Our team made a couple stupid blunders in the last few minutes. I couldn't believe they could drop a
2-0 lead in five minutes and then go on to lose the match.

Oh well, if we had to lose, I'm glad it was to Canada and not Russia. I wish the men's semifinals
had worked out differently so we could, possibly, play Canada for the gold again. I was actually
happy to see them win in Vancouver. Home turf and all that. I thought it would be a damn shame for
them to lose.
